Gemma and Chuck met in Florida and so decided to marry here but Chuck’s from Texas and Gemma is from London. They planned his whole event from afar and brought their people from far and wide and still they were probably the most relaxed and fun couple I ever met! I cant describe to you how welcoming and kind all their family and friends were. I felt like a guest more than the photographer!! I wish they didnt live so far away now because I want them to be my friends!

i’ve been to new orleans many times when i was younger but never for mardi gras….until this year. it was everything i had been told it would be; pure chaos. here are just a few images from the trip.
a couple of the images are from my point-n-shoot camera because i was afraid to take my big rig into the drunken debauchery at night. please excuse their poor quality.

wppi is an enormous annual photographers convention and tradeshow held in las vegas where photographers from all over the nation gather for much drinking and gambling…um, i mean learning and networking and i just booked my flight. the convention is at the mgm grand which is where i’ll also be staying. it should be great fun!
